I am soooooo excited to show you all this do!  I have seen it on Pinterest and have wanted to learn how to do this one and finally last week I figured it out!  I think this do is soooooo cute to do with curly hair.
My little brother kept saying I looked like a Greek so in his honor I will call this the....

Grecian Updo

My hair is about shoulder length so if you have longer hair you may have to find out a different way to put your hair up in the back.  But what I did was loosely gather my hair at the nape of my neck and folded it up.  Giving it a twist or two, and bobby pinning it in place.  I like leaving a few curls hanging down in front but that is up to you and what style you like.

Then I took a really long ribbon and secured one end under my neck and secured it with a bobby.  Then wrapped it around my head twice and secured the other end with another bobby that crossed the first one for security.

And that's it!  You could also use a scarf for a different look!
Well, hope this works for you!  Let me know what you think!  :)

Here I thought only girls with straight hair could do the Waterfall Braid!  Now I'll have try it on mine!

(If you don't know how to do the waterfall braid here is a great video on how to do it on yourself, or someone else.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y90s6neUKEY  ----  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VkUo6JQud_o&feature=relmfu )

This is a do I tried when I was low on time and I didn't have time for my hair to dry.  Quick, simple, and cute!

First braid your hair into a Dutch Braid.  Which is a french braid accept instead of pulling the middle strand under the others when braiding you pull it over.  (If you don't know how to french braid this lady has a lot of really good tutorials on her site that REALLY helped me to learn how.)  http://www.cutegirlshairstyles.com/

Now, don't braid all the way down!  Just til you run out of hair to pull into it... at the base of your hair line.  Secure with rubber band.  Then take the extra hair and make a messy bun!

That's it!  :)

Hey girls!  This is a do I did the other day that was loose and had the messy look.  It was really quick and easy (my favorite type).  ;)  Hope you enjoy!

Pull your hair over to one side.  Section out your bangs and pull them forward.  (If you don't have bangs like me just divide the front section of your hair.)  Loosely braid your hair to the side.  Before you secure it with a rubber band pull on the braid pieces to loosen them even more as shown in the pic.  Pull your bangs over and secure in the braid.  Then add a headband or ribbon to fancy it u0 a little....  I even pulled a few curls out on the other side to gice it a more balanced look.

Well, here is my first post!  I am soooo excited about this blog and hope you will spread the word!
This is a 1/2 Up Do and it is REALLY simple!
All you will need is a small clear hair tie.  (The really small type you usually put at the end of a braid.)
First, divide off the top section of your hair.

Then take the rubber band and start wrapping it around the divided section.  On the last time through don't pull the hair all the way through, leaving the ends of the hair at the top.

Spread out and let fall over the loop.
And there you go!  :)
